Matt MacLeod's Research Page

I am an environmental chemist and computer modeler specializing in the fate and transport of persistent contaminants in a variety of systems.  I am currently a senior researcher in the Safety and Environmental Technology group at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland.  I am also the chair of the Society for Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry Exposure Modeling Advisory Group.

The videos at right show model results for the global fate and tranpsort of PCBs calculated using the BETR Global model. The videos were mostly made by Pascal Tay, with help from Harald von Waldow and Lara Laman. See below for journal articles that describe some of this work.
